Ingredients
150g Cold Butter
50g Caster Sugar
200g Plain Flour
Method
Preheat oven to 180°c
Grease or line cake tin
Weigh ingredients
Sieve flour into bowl
Add Sugar
Add Butter and rub in until it look like bread crumbs
Press into fins and cook for 20mins
After that leave to cool in tin
