ingredients
225g butter
75g of caster sugar
300g plain flour
smarties and mine eggs
icing sugar and butter for topping
method
preheat the oven to 180c
grease and line square tin cake
weigh ingredients
sieve the flour
add the sugar
add the butter
mix to look like breadcrumbs
press into tin
cook for 20 mins
